    Phoenix has basically made my flat livable again, after I had a bad period in life and let my carpets get into a bad state. They were readily available, communication was on point and I was sent photos of the work done, as I was out. My carpets now look brand new, and I can't thank this company enough. I highly recommend!

    Following a recent clean by a so called professional carpet cleaner the carpet had been left in a right state, even worse than before, seeing an advert on FB for Phoenix I contacted Chris and sent a picture. Chris immediately identified the problem, turned up today (10/01) with a colleague and between them hand scrubbed the carpet before a deep clean with the biggest machine I have ever seen. The results are fantastic, I highly recommend Phoenix Cleaning, both Chris and his colleague were polite and courteous, clean and tidy, don't waste your time or money on anyone else, Thank you both
