    Very satisfied. Great service and job done.

    We had a large coffee stain on our bedroom carpet. Louis came to clean that and the rest of the carpets. He was polite and courteous, knowledgeable and worked hard. The stain needed further treatment and he willingly returned with a different solution which did the trick. Would thoroughly recommend and use again. Thank you.

    Excellent carpet and upholstery cleaning company.

    We had our carpet and suite of furniture cleaned. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a really great job and we are delighted with the result. It was very professional and the work was completed in good time. I thoroughly recommend this company.

    Stair carpet cleaning

    Really quick response to job advert and quote. Arranged for two full stair cleanings and was provided a very professional service with great results, the carpets look refreshed and they were able to do a really good job with pet stains and removing odour. Would highly recommend.

After your concerns, we returned on four separate occasions, free of charge, to assist and improve the result. When we requested a further visit to reassess, we were informed via SMS that you did not wish to be contacted further or allow us to return. We remain committed to resolving this professionally and would welcome the opportunity to inspect and reach a fair outcome.
