    Bedroom Carpet

    Not impressed with the organisers, The time was Agreed at 12 oclock as we needed to be there to move furniture for my mother. We arrived at 11.30 to find the fitter had arrived at 11 and gone away because no help available. Was then told they would be back at some time in afternoon! After 2 complaints to staff they rearranged fitter to come but still was around 2pm before they arrived. Fitters did a great job...

We strive to exceed our customer expectations and, on this occasion, we fell short of what was expected. We have investigated the circumstances around this and have made organisational changes, to help prevent this from occurring again. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused and we do hope that you will give us a second chance, next time you need some flooring.”
