Just before Christmas 2025 our boiler stopped working. We were due to host family and found ourselves without heating or hot water. Francis from Phoenix Heating Systems responded to the call out promptly and quoted a brilliant price considering the time of the year. He was friendly, professional, and very honest about costs and timescales. The work was carried out swiftly with precision and care. Thanks to Phoenix Heating Systems we were back up and running in time to host our family - they literally saved our Christmas. I would absolutely use them again and cannot recommend them enough.

Very professional, punctual and efficient. Along with the tap, Francis replaced the ISOs so they are easier to access. Clean and tidy, wore shoe covers in the house. Very happy with the results. Would recommend.

I used Checkatrade on a Sunday to find a plumber to relocate my bathroom's hot and cold water taps, which are connected to two tanks. Phoenix (Francis) responded within minutes of the job being posted and asked for pictures of the area right away. He arrived at my home within two hours and went straight in to working and completed the job without any problems whatsoever. The pricing was very fair, and he cleaned up thoroughly after himself. He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and polite throughout. I highly recommend his services!

We used Phoenix Heating Systems for the 3rd time to install some new taps in our downstairs toilet. Francis managed to come at short notice as the taps wouldn’t turn with ease. We’ve used have now found a plumbing and heating expert that we would happily use for all ongoing work.

I chose Phoenix Heating Systems for my bathroom refurb after a recommendation from my electrician. Francis was a delight to have working on the project. The whole process from start to finish went as perfect as possible. There were a few issues with having to relocate the soil pipe but Francis made easy work in doing so. The walkway from the front door up to the bathroom was covered to limit any mess on the carpets which was really appreciated. All the work was completed in the 10 day time frame anticipated. I would happily recommend Phoenix Heating systems to anyone.
