The gentleman turned up at 8,30 on time when he said he would, talked me through everything that needed doing before he started as I was happy with that I went out for for the day on returning before he left, the work had been completed to a high standard and he had cleaned all the work area I was very happy with his work and he is a pleasant person to talk to
