    Arrived 1 day after calling, turned up to a suspected wasps nest in the roof, identified all entry points quickly. In actual fact these were masonry bees, Was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know. I will save phoenix pest control for any future problems.

    I had a reply as soon as I contacted, even though it was 9pm. My visit was booked within days and Bill was wonderful, he put my mind at rest and dealt with the issue. He explained the process and has replied to me since as I have needed further reassurance. He was clean , discreet and will return within a week to review. The cost was very good value, an invoice emailed directly. Excellent service, five stars.
