  Excellent Workmanship

Jo completely transformed our bathroom. We had an old fashioned toilet cubicle separated from the bathroom by a wall. Jo removed the wall and rebuilt the whole bathroom from scratch. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and we are delighted with final result. Jo is very professional, friendly and easy to access when needed. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, involving us in the process the whole way through so that we felt confident in his work. He is reliable and hardworking and clearly takes great pride in what he does. Thank you, highly recommend!

  Ensuite completely refurbished

Jo did an excellent job on completely refurbishing my ensuite. He worked very hard, despite the very hot weather, arriving early and finishing late when he needed to get something completed. Jo's work was excellent and he has great attention to detail. He came up with solutions to problems when they arose and clearly has great experience. He is also friendly and polite. I couldn't be happier with my new ensuite! I would highly recommend Jo at Phoenix Plumbing.

  Kitchen tap replacement

Jo did an excellent job replacing my very tricky kitchen tap (behind a Belfast sink) and mending a leak. Always polite, helpful, reliable and tidy! Highly recommend for all your kitchen & bathroom jobs big and small. Thank you.

Utterly professional, excellent problem solving skills.

Jo was utterly professional and carried out the work in a very organised manner. He provided a very clear and accurate quote from the outset. As the job progressed, a number of unexpected situations presented themselves which we had not foreseen and Jo proved himself to be particularly adept at problem solving his way around evolving situations. Jo is also an exceptional conversationalist.
