Booked work two weeks in advance. Day before the work was due they asked about parking, were pushy and rude, then refused to do the job because I said I didn’t have any permits for them to use locally. Late notice, rudeness, dreadful.

When customer booked, made no mention of parking issues, it was only when I contacted day before to confirm still ok to work & I asked if I needed a permit, was told that I do & she doesn't have one & I would have to park my van in the street somewhere
