  Loft Conversions

  Loft conversion - terrible experience & would not recommend Phoenix Property Services

  Our experience was poor due to many factors. Work started 24.01.24 & progress was slow; the average time for a loft conversion is 8 weeks, give or take a couple of weeks for delays. When we parted company 13.07.24, there was still a lot of work to be completed. Effective communication & reliability was lacking. Respect & professionalism was questionable; work was untidy & rough in places. Stairs installed failed to meet building regs. When we did end our relationship with PPS, he responded in a very rude, abusive & threatening manner; not what we need when we have 2 kids & a baby to think of.

  Porch timber repair and garage roof lead flashing addition

  Brendan was very responsive and flexible with coming to quote for the work. The work was carried out within the agreed timeframe and to a high standard. Brendan made positive suggestions to address areas for repair that had been highlighted in a survey which was very helpful. He even offered to apply another coat of paint to the timber pillars as he thought they might require this after the repair had been completed and dried out - definitely recommend Phoenix Property (Sussex) and would use again.

  New soakaway in driveway, new drainage and new drive finish.

  From start to finish it was a pleasure. Brendan came and had a long chat about what we wanted, he was incredibly courteous. Before the works started he went and spoke to our neighbours to let them know what they were doing and to advise when there would be noise. The works were finished on time, and every day the site was left pristeen. I can't recommend highly enough.
