On Jon's first visit he was very friendly and polite did a very good job cleaning my windows, got out his jif bottle climbed up the ladder to clean a window sill. He was not cheap, told me if I noticed any smears or marks I could call him and he would come redo them. I was asked to do a review but I did not get around to it, he messaged me a few times. He returned 6 weeks later this time after he left I noticed some marks and cobwebs on some windows so I messaged him only to be told he did not miss any,can't always see the stains from the ground, keep your money.Find a new a new cleaner.

When I arrived at the customers property the first time, she clearly was not happy about paying what her gigantic six bedroom house was worth and tried to knock me down. Against my better judgement, I proceeded at a lower price.
The first clean was half the price I would normally charge, and I lost money on that job as it took 3 times as long because the previous cleaner had not done a proper job. I felt that this customer didn’t like paying for a good service, and prefers to pay less than the job is worth. However, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and returned for the second clean, still at the discounted price. I definitely did not miss any windows and I am certain I left no stains as I was extremely thorough. As the job was under-priced and I felt the customer was unreasonable, I told her that she could keep the money and find a new window cleaner.
In four years of window cleaning, this is the only customer I have had an issue with and she is the only customer to leave a negative review. If I went back in time, I would deal with this issue exactly the same way.
