  Kitchen Installation & Flooring

  Had Paul in to fit our new kitchen and flooring, and we're really pleased with the result. Great quality work throughout, and he was always punctual and polite. He recommended a local supplier for a quartz worktop instead of going with Howdens' laminate — only a little more expensive and looks amazing. He was also happy to take on a few extra bits as the project went along. Would definitely recommend!

  Paul and his team were great! Professional and helpful team. Paul was very adaptable to last minute changes and had good communication with me throughout the project! Nothing was too much trouble! I put my whole trust in them and they delivered!

  Staircase

  Paul and his labourer came over to repair my staircase. They were very great with what they did and they were very nice people and reliable. I would recommend Paul Holland refurbishments to anyone.

  Install Wren kitchen

  Very happy with the job completed by Paul and his colleagues. Communication and problem solving was excellent. I had a Wren kitchen for installation and asked for a bespoke cabinet to be made to cover the boiler. Workmanship was great. A couple of tweaks were needed on some details but Paul is very approachable and positive to ensure the works are done well. He came up with great solutions to deal with the Wren cupboard bin that I had issues with. Sub contractors who did tiling and electrical work were good too. Would recommend.

  Kitchen Installation and laying floor

  We found Paul, and he seemed like a kind and reliable person. But over time, his interest in our project faded. Poor communication, and towards the end, he left the job incomplete, wasting a week. Finding another person to take over was difficult since most don’t accept unfinished work. Over a minor invoice dispute, instead of explaining the costs, he threatened to come over and damage what he had already done. This experience has broken my trust in tradespeople, I should have gone to police.The kitchen installation itself is not perfect and we have some bits.

  There goes my faith in humanity, when you explain to the client that your twin get rushed to hospital, and arrange for other tradesmen to finish my work. But Client replies ”it’s okay we’ve found someone it’s all good”. look at my other reviews they speak
