Just a small job - Paul cut and capped a gas pipe that went to our hob. Tidy, helpful, efficient. He also helped remove the hob - something I was planning on doing, which saved me that task. So very pleased and would recommend.

Paul came round first thing the morning after I called, bang on the time he said. Fixed the burst connector pipe and checked the other one for damage. Replaced the tap insert, instantly diagnosed the cistern problem based on my description of "a weird howling noise", popped out to get the part and fitted it all in about an hour. Also wasn't fazed at all by by 6yo chatting to him incessantly about her hair, her school and a satellite she'd made. In general a highly competent, professional and pleasant guy to have working in the house, and will definitely use for all future plumbing.

Paul went out of his way to visit us the same day that we called and did a thoroughly professional job, charging me less than the estimate. We will be using him as our go-to plumber from now on.

Work was done to a high standard. Paul was very professional and helpful, taking time to explain anything we didn't understand. I will definitely call PH again when plumbing work is needed.
