He was booked in for a week to do an important job for me, I contacted him the afternoon before just to check all was fine as he hadn't contact me to say otherwise then he made some excuse about being ill and that he wouldn't be able to do it but if I hadn't contacted him he just wouldn't have shown up, so obviously he didn't care if he let me down as I am an agency, ok, so why bother applying for the job in the first place? Left me in it with no chance of organising a replacement for my client. It's probably lost me the contract with this company. Could have sent someone who wanted to work

Top job by Phil. Disconnected old cooker and connected new one at a later stage, when kitchen was replaced. Very responsive, was always on time, done a great job and left everything tidy. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
