  Landlords electrical certificates

  Dave has worked for me for many years and will continue to be my electrician. His work is always completed on time to the very best standards. He has worked on major renovations, rewires and general electrical work for me. My tenants know and trust him and are happy to let him work in their homes. He always responds very promptly to problems and will go out of his way to ensure a problem is sorted asap.

  All work carried out by Picken Electrical Solutions was thoroughly, carefully and competently completed. I have always been very satisfied with all the work carried out by Dave from Picken Electrical Solutions. He always arrives on the day as arranged and when the work is done everything was cleared up and made tidy. Dave explained clearly what needed to be done and made sure there is never any mess left when the job is finished. Apart from electrical work, Dave has also carried out a number of household maintenance jobs for me and each time they have been completed to a high standard.
