Mark was the model professional from start to finish. When we called Mark to report our problem he spoke with us over the phone in detail, in an effort to fix the problem before he arrived, and by doing so made every effort to save us money. Mark arrived on time, explained the problem quickly, and did a great job of repairing the problem which meant we had a fully functional front door once more. He also talked us through future maintenance of the door so that we didn't have the same problem again. I'd 100% recommend Pick Me Locksmith to anyone else, and would definitely use again....
