Came to paint one of our bedrooms and I asked if he was able to fix a small soot mark in my bedroom. This was not included in the original quote however could have been a quick fix with the correct paint match. The attached pictures is how Lee left my wall, making it look so much worse than before and creating a bigger issue. I appreciate he was ‘just trying to help’ as was his response to me however it doesn’t really matter when what he’s doing was completely illogical and has created a bigger problem to deal with. As was explained I was at the property completing other works The whole wall would need to be repainted as a ‘simple touch up’ wouldn’t look good I washed down and stain blocked the damaged area of the wall,no charge. Quote to paint wasn’t accepted
