Neil finished a number of different aspects of our new build that were required for building control sign off. They included roof tiling and leadwork, bespoke stone cladding (v tricky to get right), patio laying, steps down from the patio to the lawn, installation of a rainwater soakaway and topsoil landscaping over a 600sqm area. All in all he's a very versatile builder with skills in a number of different areas. Nice to deal with too, always friendly, on time and courteous.
