Amanda was professional, helpful and provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. The fitters were friendly, professional and worked very efficiently on the day, completing the job quickly and to a high standard. Reliable, knowledgeable, good quality
We used Pier Carpetd for our stairs and bedroom carpets. Amanda and team were really helpful offering advice on what might suit us best. They were flexible on fitting, and fitted promptly for us just before christmas. We're really happy with the result and woupd definitely use them again. The price they quoted us was less than half of what Tapi asked, and the quality of the carpet and underlay was absolutely superior. Communication was excellent: prompt responses and extremely helpful advice. The work was finished today, and we couldn't recommend this company more highly.
