  Experienced, calm and efficient

  The flush of our loo broke and it became impossible to use. Carl has done work for us in the past so I called Pier to Pier. Carl drove from Hove to Newhaven in the stormy weather and arrived at exactly the time he'd said he would. He soon diagnosed the cause of the problem. He had all the necessary parts in his van and replaced them all. In addition, he fixed the radiator/towel-rail which was permanently cold. Carl diagnosed that it was connected to the hot water circuit rather than the central heating, adjusted the valves and it's now piping hot when required. Great work.

  Reliable and highly recommended plumbing company

  Carl has completed several things for us over the years and is a great custodian of our aging boiler. He is very easy to deal with, reliable, conscientious and takes care to keep costs sensible (does not rip you off in other words). Highly recommended.

  Excellent service – knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy

  Carl investigated a previous leak from our Megaflo water cylinder that had caused ceiling damage. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, he identified the underlying fault, replaced the defective valves and explained everything clearly. He also highlighted maintenance issues previously overlooked. Professional, thorough and reassuring throughout. We were so impressed we've booked him to service our boiler and take over annual maintenance of both systems. Highly recommended!
