A thousand thanks to Paula and her wonderful team for converting a very tired and impractical bathroom into a bathroom that is a pleasure to use. Everything is really easy for me to access (I have some mobility issues) and I no longer worry about slipping up. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with very little mess. The whole team were very friendly and pleased to answer any questions about the work they were doing. I will not hesitate to recommend this Company to friends and family. The job held various complexities particularly the new type of composite worktop. This gave challenges which were addressed and despite the huge learning curve involved met with incredible skill. Paula had selected the right person for the job, achieving excellent results and a very happy customer. Finding someone who takes the stress away and shoulders it themselves, from the discussion of design, sourcing tradesmen and liaison coordinating the project through to completion, Paula does all of this whilst maintaining a very high level of customer service. I do not hesitate to recommend her.

Paula Parker - Bastow managed the total project on our behalf whilst we were absent from the property . She liaised with the kitchen cabinetry suppliers/installers to ensure that her team of painters,electricians, plasterers,plumbers and carpenters were there when required even managing to unexpectedly fit a new boiler yet still keep the project on schedule . She kept us totally informed , sorted out numerous problems , worked to budget and is completely reliable .

Paula designed a lovely bathroom for me. Jon worked hard taking everything back to bare and stripping out ancient plumbing. It was all updated with new everything. The work was professional and skilled. I really love my new bathroom. I'm so happy with it that I've asked Pinks to come back.

Couldn’t be more delighted with the work carried out by Paula and her team. Electricians Wayne and Joss did a fantastic job sorting new electrics out, and Jon did an amazing job on the fitting. Every care was taken to minimise disruption, and the end result is better than we could have ever have hoped for. Any small issues discovered along the way were easily sorted, and Paula did a fantastic job of project managing and keeping things on track. Overall project came in on time and on budget, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pinks for electrical or fitting works! A+ job, thank you Paula and Team!

Had a fantastic bathroom refit. Excellent workmanship and competitive price. Very pleased with the work that Pinkselectrical carried out. I was away whilst the work was undertaken and felt totally comfortable leaving the guys working in my home. Returned to find everywhere was left completely clean and tidy with no mess to clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend this established local Purbeck business. Excellent customer service.
