  Bathroom Renovation

  This was a full renovation of a tired old bathroom. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly, using mainly items I provided, producing an excellent overall result that was within budget. The main contractor and his apprentice were very pleasant to deal with and we enjoyed having them on site. Issues were promptly and satisfactorily resolved. They effectively managed sub-contracted work, which was seamlessly integrated and completed to a very high standard. We are delighted with the overall result.

  Complete refurbishment of two bathrooms.

  Pinnacle provided an excellent service throughout. Taimar in the office handled all queries promptly and efficiently, while Oliver and Jordan did an excellent job of the refurbishment in a friendly manner. We are very pleased with the end result and were grateful that Oliver fixed a couple of snags. Recommended!

  Bathroom renovation

  The pinnacle team transformed our bathroom from dark and dated to Morden and bright! They organised the whole process as we needed tiling /flooring and plastering and the fact they managed each trade and use a master tiler gave us a 10/10 experience and finish! Highly recommend and will get the team back for our en-suite next year!

  Replacing a poorly designed shower surround and tray; fixing a persistent leak

  Oliver and Jordan were extremely responsive from the outset: answered quickly, came to look at the problem and gave a quote. They sourced an ideal shower surround and good quality tray and tiles to match what we had. They really persevered in working out what was causing the leak and came back a few times to test the shower and make adjustments. And they were always friendly and upbeat. I will definitely use them again when we get the other bathroom done!

  Bathroom installation

  Really pleased with my en-suite bathroom and downstairs cloakroom fitted by Pinnacle Bathrooms LTD. Good attention to detail and quality finish. Definitely recommend these guys and looking forward to having them back for our main bathroom!
