Large dormer conversion (2 double beds + bathroom) and Re-slate.
The lads who were on site throughout the project were great and we were kept well informed about start date etc., by Pinnacle. Queries about the build were followed up very quickly by the company, and they were easy to deal with when I was being picky about how accurately decorative mouldings needed to match. A couple of minor things came up during snagging, but again, these were addressed quickly and without fuss. We don't envisage doing work like this again - we'll be staying put now - but I'd have no hesitation in having Pinnacle back, were we to start a similar project in the future.

Loft conversion, lowered ceiling, dormer loft and re-built roof.
Extremely reliable, very cost effective. Followed through on everything they promised to do. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, so pleased.
