  Boiler maintenance with no pressure.

  These days we have to not only hope the work is carried out competently and in a timely fashion, but whether the person carrying out the work is someone you feel comfortable having in your house for a few hours. After too many poor experiences, it was a bit of fresh air to acknowledge that Toby ticked all these boxes and then some. Nice to know I won't have to trawl around in future years to risk another disappointment. A good job done well - thanks.

  A tidy, thorough and efficient job

  Toby did an efficient job of replacing a kitchen sink and a dripping tap for me in July. He turned up when he said he would, did a fast and tidy job of the installation, all with no fuss. He tidied up thoroughly after himself and took away the old sink. And all for a reasonable price.

  The only plumber you'll ever need!

  Absolutely brilliant service. Just before Christmas and the boiler broke. But he came out. Got a new one, fitted it and worked tirelessly to get us a warm Christmas! Such great work we got him back to replace our old radiators. Now I have a more efficient, warmer house through friendly dependable service.

  Toby was very helpful. Replied promptly to my enquiry and arrived when he said he would and on time. He was approachable and gave clear solutions explaining what had went wrong and the possible fixes. Throughout the repair he kept us informed of the progress. He explained the cost, which was very reasonable and very fair. He worked tidy and professionally. Toby was reliable. There was customer care after the repair and was on hand to give advice and to call in to make sure all was okay and working. Thank you so much! Thoroughly recommend this company!

  Radiator installation

  My kitchen radiator in the kitchen was leaking. Toby came out the following day and diagnosed the issue and organised and installed a replacement radiator the same day. Toby was efficient, professional and I'm very happy with the service. Would highly recommend.
