• Complete bathroom Renovation

  A pre1970's bathroom restructure in an old cottage with instruction to make it in keeping with age of the property. Large shower, new WC/sink, new tank room, false wall for hiding pipes, plastering and so on. Incredible project management provided as we were not there. Beautiful bathroom completed, costs on target, kept up to date during the weeks with verbal/email progress, photos and suggestions, great work (no snagging req'd), flexible as to changes during the project. Would we give them a reference, would we recommend them, would we use them again? Simple answer to all of that, yes

  I had to have an emergency call out to my rental property and spoke to Oliver. He was brilliant. Very understanding that I only had limited information from what the tenants had told me and he was able to get round within a few hours. He was very honest and did a great job with spot on communication.

• Towel Radiators and Vanity Unit

  I sent out enquiries to replace five radiators for five heated towel rails and five sinks to be replaced with vanity units. Some companies did not reply, others came and looked and then never quoted and some quoted without coming out at all. Pinnacle Plumbing were by far the most professional, with good communication and taking the time to understand what was required and requoting each time I changed the scope. We agreed a start date and a plan including getting a plasterer on site and it was all completed on time to a professional standard as expected. I would definitely use Pinnacle again.

• Kitchen sink plumbing

  I had an extension some years ago which left me with a persistant smell of drains. The builders couldn't find any problem. I found Pinnacle Plumbing and Heating through Check-a-Trade and am so glad I did. Ollie answered the call straight away, I sent a photo of the plumbing, he found the problem immediately and came the next day to fix it. Ollie ticked all the boxes with great quality work, timeliness, efficiency and excellent communication, keeping me updated with times and what he'd done to fix the problem. I would use Pinnacle Plumbing every time and very highly recommend.

  I had no idea what was going wrong with my drainage, but Oliver got in touch super quickly and I sent him a video of the issue. On the same day that I sent him the video, he was able to come out to diagnose and fix the issue. It was outside the company's usual remit, but to save me having to call someone else, Oliver kindly resolved the issue for me, as well as giving me some advice for maintenance going forward. I'm so relieved this is sorted. Only tiny whinge: asking "do you have a boyfriend or husband in the house" is going to make a lot of customers uncomfortable! Please be careful of this
