  Brilliant bathroom fitters.

  Pinnacle did a fabulous job installing our bathroom. The stand out feature was how well they communicated with us from the beginning. Texts to Jonny were usually answered in minutes and I was always kept in the loop. He even chased me a couple of times to make sure wr were on track. They quoted in October and the job started in April, yet they started exactly on time. They were thoughtful about our original design, making helpful suggestions that resulted in a much better layout. Nothing was too much trouble. There are always hiccups in such a big job but they were always resolved quickly

  From the outset Pinnacle provided a professional service. For the estimate, they attended with their electrician to ensure that our requirements could be met. They also suggested some alternatives to our shower which turned out to be better than our ideas. A schedule of work was planned to ensure the work was carried out in a timely manner. However, a mistake on our part meant work had to stop for a week, but this did not phase them and they worked around our problem. Work was carried out to a high standard, and we would fully recommend them to anyone requiring work to be undertaken.

  Kitchen Tap Replacement

  Another job well done by Tom from Pinnacle Plumbing and Heating. New tap supplied, fitted and everything left tidy, all within a few days of the tap problem being identified. Would recommend Pinnacle Plumbing and Heating.

  From the first appointment to discuss and quote for the project to the completion of work Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating Direct were professional, courteous and reliable. The whole team worked well together and nothing was too much trouble. We were informed of what would happen when and were updated at every stage. When a minor issue occured with materials this was resolved quickly and without question. Jonny & Ollie were a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile to ensure things ran smoothly and that we were satisfied and happy.We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  We're happy with their work, as follows Changed radiator from Lockshield to Bluetooth TRV. Changed towel rail valves from TRV to lockshield set. Increased hot water pressure the bath TMV. Resealed bath panel. The only problem was that it took a long time to get it done: First we couldn't manage the time suggested, then they cancelled because of an emergency job, then they forgot and had to be reminded. However, we had told them it wasn't urgent and we understand they had genuine reasons. Finally, after a few months, they made a new appointment, came as arranged and the job was done.
