Highly recommend - Excellent work and communication
We couldn't be happier with the work done for us. The guys are hard working, flexible, great at communicating and very understanding and respectful, reasonably priced. Nothing is too much trouble, can't recommend highly enough and will be continuing to use them and so are family. They have fitted bathroom, retrofitted ensuite inc. a smart bidet toilet, made sure accessibility needs are met. Radiator replacement
I contacted Pinnacle through Checkatrade regarding a radiator with a pinhole leak. I received a very quick response that same evening, and Arun offered to visit to assess the issue and confirm a suitable replacement. Communication was excellent throughout the process. On the day of the install, Arun and Jack were both polite and professional. Super happy with the new rad. Brilliant, overall.
