We recently had our roof refurbished by Pinnacle Roofing & Property Maintenance and were very pleased with the service. Once the roof was opened up, it was found the membrane had completely deteriorated and the battens were beginning to fail. Regan clearly explained the issues and answered all our questions throughout. The quote was competitively priced and, despite extra materials being needed, they honoured the original price. I'd happily recommend Pinnacle for a roof refurbishment.

These guys were a breath of fresh air. We have had a on going leak for over a year where no one was able to diagnose it. The guys came over located the issue and resolved it quickly. Finally put all over issues to bed. Can't thank them enough. Will definitely be using them again.

We had the Pinnacle team out to assess the problems we were having in the roof/loft. We found that they were very knowledgeable and took time to explain why we were having issues. They turned around the plans and quotes sharpish too. The work they carried out more than exceeded our expectations and they even helped board our loft as an extra job. They left the place nice and tidy (and did us a favour with taking away things we were struggling to get rid of!). Would happily work with them again and recommend them.

Pinnacle roofing were amazing! They communicated with us every step of the job and documented all of their work thoroughly with videos and pictures. They were pleasant, trust worthy and knowledgable about their work. We need more work doing on another roof and will definitely be going back to them. Highly recommend.
