I had to discuss quality of workmanship issues midweek with them. Having been careful not to compromise the work, after about 5 months noticed could hear next door again. Next door can hear my violin clearly. Soundproofing has now failed. Pinnacle have refused to have any more contact with me. Their attitude has to be to automatically blame me rather than help. I have found their handling of the situation unprofessional and lacking in customer care. Pinnacle did not provide feedback form on completing the job.

Summary: Works carried out in June 2017. customer made contact November 2018, stating Soundproofing failed. Soundproofing does not just fail! We applied a good application with some space restrictions, we were not the last trades on site, carpet fitters, friends carrying out carpentry works, we feel the soundproofing has been compromised making weak areas for flanking paths. We have asked for a list of works carried out by other trades but have just been told they have been carried out correctly.
We offered continuous advice and guidance, even sent out FOC materials, we have photos of the completed project. Finally, because of nasty e mails we suggested further correspondence should be via a third party, which caused frustration.
