  Side one storey extension

  We are really pleased with our extension. Sam and his team couldn’t have been more professional. They were on time every morning, explained each process as he did them, they were reliable, friendly and always tidy. The work has been done to a high standard and we get so many positive comments on our new room from friends and family. We would highly recommend Sam at Pinoak

  Rebuilt a stone wall

  Our stone wall collapsed on Xmas and we wished it to be rebuilt in the original stone. Our garden presents a challenge in that access is limited, so the job was completed by hand. Sam and the team were very good at communicating including updating us to their progress. Always very friendly and polite. They also removed a tree for us, and rebuilt a larger piece of wall as required to ensure structural integrity. The work was completed to a high standard over a period of weeks and to the original quoted price.

  Garage refurbishment and highly recommend

  Amazing job on our garage, it was a wreck hole in the roof, cracks in wall, the electrics were beyond words. Sam came gave us a quote and lead time and was super efficient throughout the whole refurb. New roof and beams, window and door, connected electrics, fitted electric gaage door, new lights inside and out, rendered outside. Arrived on time and his communication was excellent throughout . Without a shadow of a doubt now we've found Sam and his company we will definately be using him again, nothing was to much trouble and and he went above and beyond, I would highly recommend him.

  Flat Garage roof

  I was looking for a straight replacement of my double garage flat roof which was leaking around the edges at the junctions with the parapet walls. Sam gave me a different but much better option removing the parapets and using a rubberoid membrane with manufactured end pieces to direct the water away from the edge walls. The work was done fairly quickly and to a high standard. Overall I am very happy and will definitely use again.
