Rats in walls and roof
I just wanted to write a review 1 year on from when Mark first came and assessed the problem I had in my home. Since the work has been signed off, no sign of any rodent at all. I cannot recommend enough how good this company is. Do not spend money on council pest contols or any other pest companies. Mark found the root cause which was an unused drain from an extension many years ago whic he sealed and stopped the access to the rats. Thank you again Mark and wish you all the best.

We had spotted a mouse in our flat on several occasions so we got in contact with Mark. Mark and his team came on three separate occasions to secure the flat to stop mice entering and repeat visits to ensure that the mice didn’t return. Ever since we’ve used his services we haven’t seen the mouse or any evidence it’s returned since! Really happy with the service, thank you.

Investigate noises in the loft!
I contacted Mark from Pinpoint to investigate some noises in my loft, unsure of what was causing them (rats/squirrels......??) Charlie came and set up traps and motion sensor cameras, returning on 2 subsequent visits to check. The service I received from both Charlie and Mark was excellent, would highly recommend and use again if required.
