    Burst main water pipe

    Absolutely amazing services from start to finish. Had a main feed water pipe burst on my property and reported the problem to a lovely lady on reception got the guys round in the hour and fixed in two hours can't thank them enough for all there help and advice.     Finding and repairing a water leak in the main supply to the house

    My first contact was on the phone with Debbie. She was very helpful, friendly and knew exactly what was required and an appointment was sorted out very quickly. The work was carried out by George and Shaun, both friendly and knowledgeable and worked extremely hard during a heatwave! We would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and standard of work.

    Friendly, Professional and get the job done.

    I contacted Pinpoint Trace and Access via Checkatrade following suspicion of a leaking pipe in my sons garden. Thank goodness I did! From speaking to Debbie the general manger, it really felt like she cared about getting the job done for you. They were quick to make an appointment and the technicians Paul and Steve who attended were friendly but very professional and knew exactly what to do. They found the leak under the decking, fixed it and returned it back good as new. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Pinpoint to anyone who needs leak detection.

    Really excellent company. Lisa and Debbie were very helpful and informative in arranging for an underground water leak to be detected and repaired. The technicians who carried out the work (George and Steve) were highly experienced and did a first class job. It is a pleasure to deal with a company like Pinpoint. Very highly recommended.

    3 leaks in the kitchen coming through the ceiling, one thru the light

    It was a complicated leak to find. But Robert went down every avenue and as successful. He explained everything which was easy to understand.

    Relieving a stress full situation .

    My contact with customer service was quickly reassuring and she answered my questions by listening ( a much underrated skill) carefully, and above all skillfully dealt with my stress and concerns. The work was carried out the same day and the two men approached a challenging situation pragmatically and with a can do attitude that enabled completion by the end of the day. All in all excellent customer service .
