I called Pioneer Plumbers today as I had a leaking ceiling in my bedroom due to a water tank leak in the attic. They were able to locate the problem, and fix it efficiently. They communicated to us all the issues and walked us through what will fix it. Really grateful for their service and 100% recommend them

The guys were friendly and responded quickly. Blocked sink and leaky pipe were cleared and broken pop up plug replaced. Good service.

My shower was leaking into the flat below. They came round and analysed both my shower and the downstairs ceiling with cameras, checked the shower tray and found the potential source of the leak being a faulty tile and bad grouting. The works are being booked in with a tiler recommended by Pioneer. Very friendly and professional.

Jalen and John fixed an issue with our toilet and shower. They were extremely clear and concise with the works they carried out and even went above and beyond creating a makeshift part for a component that had been discontinued. Very polite and efficient, would highly recommend.
