Pioneer provided external insulation and rendered our house, and repaired rotten dormers.
Pioneer were excellent. We got quotes from several firms. Theirs was the most detailed and they put us in touch with previous clients, who vouched for the high quality of the work. Communication with all at Pioneer was v good. The works uncovered problems eg with the original construction of the dormers, which Pioneer fixed without us needing to get in other builders. The team worked hard and to a v high standard, paying attention to detail and going the extra mile. They left no mess, and did a follow-up snagging visit unprompted. We’re delighted with the results of the work and would recommend Pioneer.
Solid wall insulation on our semi-detached house
Pioneer are excellent. The quality of the work is superb, everyone we dealt with was lovely, polite and reliable. The site was left tidier than before the team started the work. Communication excellent. Faultless.
External Wall Insulation
There's certainly expertise required in installing EWI and the guys did the job to a very good standard, and everything went efficiently. The result looks great! Pioneer are very good to deal with, and client satisfaction is obviously a high priority for them. We're glad we used them!
Insulation of a large double loft plus construction of a raised storage area
This was a large job taking 3 men 3 days finishing on time and to budget. From start (quotation) to completion the approach/implementation was 100% professional. Team members were pleasant, very polite and very tidy - dust cloths over stairs and floors plus thorough clean up afterwards. Back office administration was very slick. The quality of the work done was very high and all certifications (warranties, insurances, guarantees etc) pinned up in the loft afterwards! A very professional well executed contract. I have no hesitation in recommending Pioneer.
Insulating mobile home
Exceptionally great team of workmen and an exceptionally great company. The finish on the home very professional and there isn't anything that's too much trouble for them, including Andrea the owner. Highly recommended.
They put insulated on my mum’s mobile home
The work has been done to a really high standard, it looks absolutely beautiful and we’re so pleased with the work carried out. The men were polite, professional, worked really hard, they cleaned up every day. They were meticulous with everything they did. The office staff were really polite and helpful on the phone and really approachable. The owner of the company, Andrei, was on site, overseeing everything going on. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he really cared that the job was done well, looked beautiful and we were happy. He is a man of honour and integrity. Highly recommended
