They came very promptly and on time the day after I originally started searching for the service! They were very thorough and explained everything that was happening, including what they were planning to do. Once each stage was complete, they showed it to me to ensure I was happy with the service. Additionally, a brief inspection was given to our roof with advise and further work that may need to take place soon.
