Workmanship of sealant around new bath left in poor condition, there is a leak now from the poor works under the bath to the pipes that were sealed very poorly but are now leaking to the downstairs porch area. The tenant is vulnerable and is now stressed as unable to use the shower or bath, because of the leak, so we are now having to arrange for another plumber to rectify his works. We have emailed, called and left messages severable times, but no replies from him. He's received payment so no replies.

I had an overflow in my toilet and it need a valve replacement on 21March 2024. Andre responded and fixed it the next day however there is a continual water ingress noise coming from the cistern. I asked Andre to return which he did under duress but the water still persists and was not there prior to the overflow. I contacted him several times and he does not return my calls or texts - really disappointed with this as I am sure it is a simple fix but still persists now and am into July. It is not what I expect in terms of professionalism - he has been paid and is no longer interested!

I noticed leaking from the showerhead and called Pipe it up plumbers to gain a quote. The chap gave me a run down of what might have caused the issue and also what he will need to do in order to rectify the issue. When he arrived he replaced the shower head and also unblocked the drain for me which was causing an overflow. Brilliant service and a real reliable company.

A thoroughly professional job done . Although initial task was to replace tap, Andre also replaced some isolation valves which were out of date. Very informative throughout task.
