Great job by Michael, reliable and great communicator. Explained everything really well and so please to get this little tricky job done.

I have recently built an extension onto my house and needed a new waste water and rain water drain to be installed. This involved digging out a trench and punching through into my existing manhole at the front of my property. Michael turned up on time and got to work straight away with the job. He came well equipped and the job went without any snags. Good communication beforehand also, a date was set. A top job, done well. Michale also gave me some good advice and information which came in very handy when speaking to the building inspector a few days later. Cheers Shaun - Wallsend

If you need a drain problem sorting Michael is your man. He kept me informed of when he would arrived at various stages. Sorted the problem quickly and was efficient and courteous throughout his visit. Highly recommended

Michael is very professional, arriving on time and completing the work

Michael came twice, once to clear a drain blockage and the second time to sort out a problem with toilet waste piping and to repair part of the cleared drain. He responded to my enquiry quickly, came promptly and explained exactly what he had found and possible remedies and repairs. He was very amenable and worked hard in order to get the job done properly in a reasonable timeframe. He said ‘if I wouldn’t be happy to do it in my house, I wouldn’t do it in yours’ when talking about options for repairs. Excellent job. Highly recommended.
