Drain and flush bedroom radiator which had been running cool at the bottom for some months.

Repair handle of toilet cistern
Courteous response on the phone. Was able to attend within a few days - this was not an emergency. Friendly, and provided his business card. On arrival Job completed in less than hour including time to purchase the required part. Very satisfied. Indeed booked a return visit for two other tasks Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
