Good work ethic, poor standard of work. Reversible shower screen fitted wrong way round, told me could not be fitted correct way. After discussion fitted correct way. Drilled holes in frame where not needed, exposed after fitting. Lost/did not fit decorative covers. Fitted door rollers upside down. Used brute force to remove old screen causing damage to shower tray. Used sealant where not needed, sealant lines extremely messy. Use of power tools where not needed causing damage. I removed completely and refitted myself after purchasing replacement parts that had been damaged.

Albert is brilliant. He turns up early and out of hours, is honest and does a good job. Highly recommend.

Really helpful, came exactly on time. Fixed the issue quickly, would recommend and will be using again for any issues in the future.
