Install of ventilation unit
10Verified ReviewTony came out to fit the ventilation unit - I was updated on his arrival time on the morning of, and then again about 1 hour before his arrival. He was very professional and friendly, brought a ladder as I don't have one to get in to the loft space, didn't make any dust/mess, and explained everything to me once the unit was fitted and up and running. Will have to wait for winter to see whether the unit has fixed the mould/condensation issues in my property, but I found the whole experience and the advice given to feel very trustworthy, so I have hope! Glad I chose PIV over other options.

10Verified ReviewThe performance of the unit has exceeded my expectations. No condensation at all and the Karcher window vac has been consigned to the recycling bin. Fitting took a little over an hour, no mess at all and an existing electrical glitch was discovered and corrected. Service above and beyond. Thank you. Very clear explanation of how it all works and the minimal maintenance required. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company

10Verified ReviewAfter years of condensation every morning on all my windows , I had this unit fitted in Feb 2023 The next morning all windows were dry had have stayed this way through all the bad weather we've had this year. I can't recommend this company and and the unit enough, absolutely brilliant.
