My mum wanted new kitchen worktops and he said he could do it. Went to Howdens on his advise, chose worktops and let him know which ones. Said he would ring next day with price for job. But he didnt ring. Left him countless messages and tried ringing him. He finally answered phone and said he was at work and would ring when he got home, but he didnt. Tried ringing him again this morning about half a dozen times but no answer. Wont be using check a trade again.

This prospective customer was calling on behalf of her mum that had agreed a different worktop style with me previously. She did not ring me half a dozen times, she ring me twice whilst I was with another customer and was unable to take the call at that time. So messaged me to say she would leave a bad review because I hadn’t called her. I messaged her back to explain that I was extremely busy and with another client at the time of her call, and so apologised for not being able to answer at the time of her call
