Not a good experience. Left back-to-wall toilet 3" off the wall Fit the shower enclosure askew, clearly had an issue as has left holes drilled in tiles now filled in with the wrong colour filling (not mentioned to me) Fit wrong tap to basin despite repeated requests to tell me if I have ordered the right items & I could have changed tap in 15 minutes Chipped LVT floor & said 'didn't see' Was quite aggressive on the phone and 'in my space' when I returned late from medical appt Way way overcharged Other plumbers have viewed/reviewed and all say I should get £ back. I do not recommend Patrick.

Patrick removed our very old boiler and installed a new one, which was not straight forward as the property has undergone several extensions over the years, involving different trades people. He overcame all of the problems, and although it took him longer than expected as he had to return the next day to complete the installation, the price charged was exactly as the estimate. Patrick did a first class job, and we are delighted with the new boiler. We would thoroughly recommend him.
