  Patrick was as good as his word, fixing everything with a great ‘can do’ attitude. He regularly kept in touch and updated me on progress. He collected keys and returned them promptly when the job with completed. He also very kindly fixed a few extra bits that had fallen off unnoticed! Would recommend.

• Repaire of the subfloor under the laminate.

  Patrick repaired the subloor. The laminate floor was "bouncy" and was getting worse. There was an issue underneath but we didnt know what it was. Patrick was prompt and clear with his communication. He visited the property to assess. The quote was extremely fair and he was the ONLY tradesman who wasnt trying to tell us thag we needed to spend thounsand of pounds to repaire. During the repair he took photos as the job progressed and sent them to us (very helpful as we coudnt be there ourselves). We are extremely grateful for the work he did for us and will absolutely hire him again. Thank you!
