Electrical Works in rental properties
Being a property manager for a local estate agent, that covers London and Surrey, I am always in need of good contractors, and P J Electrics have never disappointed. They are reliable, efficient, and great at communicating all aspects of their work. I have had nothing but positive feedback from both our landlords and tenants. Kevin has been great to deal with, and I now wont use any other electricians for all our rental properties.

EICR check and remedials
Kevin was prompt and got the EICR done quickly. Nice to deal with. I sent the certificate to my letting agent and they called me back saying how impressed they were with report layout and completion of the modules and asked if they could use it as an example of how it was to be filled out for other Leaseholders.

Install new ceramic hob and replace 1 socket and 1 light switch
I have been using PJ Electrics services since 2009. They are professional, courteous and honest. Today they were here to install a new hob and replace a socket and switch and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Honestly priced. I do not hesitate to recommend their services and to call them regarding all electrical issues at home. 5 star services.
