Tom at PJPlumbing replaced our boiler when our existing boiler failed mid-winter. It was not a straightforward job but I cannot rate Tom highly enough. He was quick, reliable, always on time, whenever we had questions he re responded to them and was straightforward on price and sticking to his quote. He resolved teething issues and, when it came to light long after the job was over that the boiler company had got our name wrong on the guarantee Tom re-wrioe the certificates and sent them all off againwithout complaint. He came recommended by our neighbours too who had the same good experience.
