Fitted a complete new shower stall including base and plumbing. Bad communications throughout and time keeping, well the word time did not exist. It took 15 days to complete with no more than 2 hours on site on any day. Detail finishing is not the best by any means. Called him back when we noticed 3 small drips of water getting through edges but he never turned up nor called so I decided that I would do them myself. Everything in order now but would not want him back again. Nice guy, shame about the work ethic.

Replaced a broken macerator in downstairs toilet. Quick and tidy work. Came back a couple of days later for a second job of replacing the flush system on the toilet.

Booked an appointment and then didn’t show up. A courtesy message to cancel it would have been more appropriate!

Polite and great communication throughout, was later than initial time but let us know ahead of time so not a big deal. Arrived and got straight into the job and didn't waste any time. Let us know of any issues or concerns throughout. Overall a great service and would use again.

He phoned me and said he would come on Tuesday 8-9am to give a quoteand do the work if I was happy. . I called him at 9.45 and he said I was next on the list. 2 days later, no communication.

Polite and efficient. Price higher than expected but the job was done well.
