Boiler broken down and leaking
This is the third time I’ve used Paul for different problems and he’s provided a brilliant service on all three occasions. I called at 5pm on a Friday night and he was round in 15 mins. He was quick to identify the part that was broken, had a spare on his van, drained the boiler and fitted the replacement part within an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Brentwood area!
Service boiler
Paul was very prompt, helpful, tidy and did the job in super quick time. Would highly reccommend.
Boiler Breakdown
Turned up on time. Work excellent. Clean and tidy. As a final epitaph the bill was very reasonable.

"Second" visit didn't happen and left in a predicament
After a great first appointment, and a quotation and agreement to go ahead with work, I stripped most of my kitchen cabinets out. Unfortunately due to confusion with dates on my part, we had to postpone the second visit. We agreed another date, but Paul did not show up with no communication. I got hold of him and realised he was so busy, so tried for another date. Again no show and no comms to date since. Extremely disappointed that it came to this, because I had full faith in Paul's ability. Angry because I've been left without a kitchen now and repeating the process with other tradesmen.
Boiler replacement
Excellent work. Paul and team were professional and polite would highly recommend them. Could not have asked for better, tidy and considerate.
