Punctual and professional

Garden clearance
Excellent job done with care and attention, on one of the hottest days this summer. OMG above and beyond
WASTE CLEARANCE AND PATIO JET WASH DONE Very happy with these x2 guys Was a fair price for both combined jobs! the team arrived on time! - Job was completed quickly and professional. I recommend these guys! they even cleared up the little bits of fallen rubbish! The patio did gain a broken slab as the son dropped a heavy item! ( it was an accident) I witnessed accident bless him (he looked gutted) Peter the one in charge rectified issue replacing and fitting replacement slab same day from his own pocket! although I said not to worry! Clean porcelain slabs following building works.

I offer a multitude of services
House moves, souse clearances, delivery/collection services I can travel around the country with no issues.
Tip runs and small clearances I cover a 10 mile radius only of rushden as By time adding time and fuel on longer runs it wold become expencive - I will still cover longer distances but to note editional fees are added to cover fuel and time for me and my team

- Full house clearance with a lowered fee if there's saleable items within of where we can recoup our wage through sales
- offer a faster service for emergency clearances and cleaning

•If you're honest on what's to be tipped then no issues no extra fees
●If items are not mentioned in quotes additional charges need to be added as cost for tipping correctly is expensive)
●If the job is refused by customer due to price change when I'm there due to items not mentioned pointed out and added then there will be a call out fee added
●the call out fee is the non refundable deposit taken to book in job
●No deposit then no book in
● Deposit starts from 20% - depending on size of job and costs to be spent out to complete job this deposit could be increased to 50%
●Example for tipping costs as of today at waterbridge
-1 Ton of rubble is £25 plus 20% vat To 1 ton of chip board fake woods its £211 plus 20% vat
(Weight is charged per 250kg
-So if 251kg then i would be charged 500kg thus equaling you would be charged the 500kg
●If materials are mixed and contaminated there will also be a sorting out fee as time isn't free
●If tipped contaminated it would be charged at the higher rate at tipping point hence sorting is key - for keeping costs down!
●These prices are before my and my teams wages and diesel
