I showed PK Blinders AI images of what I hoped to build, and they made it real. Pearce and his team were skilled, hardworking, always on time and genuinely great to have around. Every specialist subcontractor they brought in was just as reliable and professional. The whole project ran fast and flawlessly, and I finally feel I’ve found a team I’ll keep calling back. Friends now ask if my new 6m x 3m outbuilding is AI because it looks that perfect — PK Blinders truly brought the vision to life with care and precision.

Pearce runs a brilliant team of builders all of whom worked excellently. Pearce is very knowledgeable and skilled and took us through a full house renovation and extension from planning, through building and design, to aftercare services. The attention to detail and the design details were fantastic. Pearce was kind, trustworthy and really did become part of our family. I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him.

Highly recommend PK Blinders Construction. Pearce and the PK blinders crew are quite simply a dream team. The experience was seamless from start to finish. We recently completed a downstairs refurb, new bathroom refit, onsuit refit, brick porch plus huge shed/outhouse, patio plus fencing. Unlike many horror stories you hear about builders, these guys were punctual, incredibly tidy and maintained great communication throughout. They started exactly when they said they would and kept disruption to a minimum for us and the neighbours. On budget even with afew extras. Definitely will use again.

Pearce was originally due to carry out a full double-storey extension, but when our planning was declined he adapted and completed a bathroom renovation, internal fixes (including pocket doors) and external works like soffits, gutters and brickwork. He genuinely cares about the end result, takes real pride in his work and always puts the customer first. No shortcuts, just high-quality work throughout. Even when plans changed, he was professional, flexible and great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Pearce and his crew of builders were a dream to deal with. They were professional but friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Pearce gave his professional opinion re the build making suggestions that only enhanced the look of our home. At the end of each day they tidied up the site ready for the next morning. We are already asking for them to do other work for us and can recommend them 100%. Thank you.

PK Blinders extended our ground floor over this Summer, it was a large complex project and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They started when they said they would start and finished within a month of when they said they would finish primarily due extra work we asked them to take on and delays caused by window suppliers and apart from the costs of the extra work finished on budget also. The quality of their work is very high and their focus on customer satisfaction is incredible. They did their best to minimise the disruption to us as a family and to our neighbours. Highly recommended!!
