  Full house refurbishment

  This was a major refurbishment, including structural work, rewiring, new kitchen and bathroom, new floors and ceilings, re-plastering walls, redecorating , a new roof and many more Jobs - too many to mention here. PK Decorating were very professional from start to finish. Everything was finished to a very high standard and with extra care. Creative and independent thinking was applied wherever needed. Definitely not the cheapest contractors, but certainly excellent at what they do. Extremely happy with the result. Job(s) well done!

  Outside decking

  PK Decorating and Building services were good on price (upon some negotiation, they made an offer which was more attractive than one of the other two contractors we shortlisted) and delivered their work on time and to a good standard. Communication was professional and we were pleased that we were able to make arrangements in advance and that PK came to site on time, as planned, and did what expected. They also helped us put together an order to the decking company. We would strongly recommend PK for the decking work and they seem to be doing other types of construction works as well.

  Replace floors in living and dining rooms and upstairs landing

  This was the 3rd time I have hired Przemek and co, and they did not disappoint (the first was the garage conversion reviewed here). They did an excellent job going over and above to fix up wonky floorboards, skirting boards etc and the result looks fantastic. They also changed their schedule at a few days notice to get it done whilst we were on holiday which was very much appreciated! He also fixed up some minor niggles from the previous build without me needing to remind him. They value thier customers and have a real pride in their work. Looking forward to the next job!

  Modified garage to widen the opening and fit a new electric garage door.

  The PK team carried out excellent work to a very high standard, discussing any issues that cropped up with me to agree the best solution. They were careful and considerate, even doing their best to keep the dust down while cutting through the brickwork. They have pride in their work and made sure that the finished garage entrance looked smart even though they were working in atrocious weather. They cleared away all the rubble and mess. They are not the cheapest, but they came in on estimate. I'd use them again due to their quality and reliability.

  Restaurant renovation

  Fantastic to work with such a professional team. They did an excellent job on our restaurant, transforming it into completely new place! . Would highly recommend their services and have no doubt that we will be in contact with them again in the future.

  Renovation of a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It's was a back to brick project, full renovation.

  The guys were upfront and provided itemised bill/quotes. During the building they were considerate of my requests, including using old materials or changing the design and were v tidy throughout the job. A few things went wrong along the way (a heating control in the wrong place, a radiator leak). We were able to reach a conclusion fairly quickly. The finish of the job is perfection. Because of that, the cost was eye wateringly expensive and more than we planned to spend. Part of it is materials prices, but part of it is them charging top rates. That said, I would use them again.
