From initial contact through to job completion, my experience has been outstanding. Paul listened to my ideas, designed and supplied exactly what I envisaged, surpassing my expectations with the smaller details. Every phone call or message was answered promptly. Paul arrived when he said he would and throughout installation he kept me informed of what would be done that day. He is respectful of your property, makes sure dust sheets are laid, at the end of the job does a thorough clean. A full explanation given of how to use new equipment and how to take apart to clean. Paul has been incredibly calm & helpful. As a family that struggles with change but also has a real need for attention to detail (I promise we’re nice people) he absolutely kept us at ease. Super clear communication and incredible workmanship. The tiling in our bathroom is perfection & the whole renovation was completed with minimal disruption & advice/reassurance given along the way. We will definitely be using Paul for our other bathrooms/kitchen when the time comes. And would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that’s looking for someone they can trust for big jobs in their home.

Paul was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond - he was a voice of calm when I was panicking about the insurance/level of damage that needed repairing etc. I would not hesitate to recommend him - he is professional, friendly, and his expertise meant that order was restored to the mayhem within hours of coming on site :)

Paul arrived at the agreed time, gave a reasonable quote and offered to do the job straight away. New tap was supplied and fitted and Paul checked it was working correctly and that I was happy with it before he left. Would definitely recommend PKG plumbing and tiling.
