I contacted Paul at the beginning of the week about a leaky pipe under the bath. He scheduled a day and time to come that same week and arrived as promised. He was very polite and even engaged in conversation with my 8-year-old, who is obsessed with Pokemon cards. He fixed the problem and completed the job with neat sealing. His prices were reasonable as well. We will definitely be using his services from now on.

Paul refurbished a small downstairs toilet, fitting new loo and basin and retiling the walls. He kept in touch and communicated really well. He discussed ideas and did just what we’d planned. He worked hard, arriving on time and finishing quite quickly. He did a great job and was easy to work with. Thanks Paul.

Paul came round very quickly after the job was submitted The quote was prepared not long after and was very reasonable He was also able to carry out the works earlier than expected and even when he came across a few set backs, he went out of his way to overcome this without extra charge The work was done quickly and everything cleared up after Big thumbs up

I contacted Paul via WhatsApp to find the source of a toilet leak and to replace tap and bottle trap. He responded within 30 minutes and wanted to visit to assess the problem in-person first. During both appointments, he was communicative and knowledgeable. My issue required cutting some wood paneling and Paul took efforts to minimise damage. He was happy to use parts I provided and proactive in supplying parts he knew were of better quality. He was courteous and punctual on both visits. He cleaned the area he was working in afterwards. I would highly recommend Paul.

Paul arrived on time and located the leak. Parts were needed to repair the leak which he sourced and returned at the agreed time to complete the repair. He was punctual polite and efficient. I will use again if I need a plumber.
