The flooring is unacceptable. The sub floor was not prepared properly, so the laminate flooring dips, bows, bounces and creaks to an unsatisfactory level. The sub floor needs to be screeded flat, but this was never done. Huge areas were just stuffed with extra underlay and MDF. Needs to be completely redone.

We are very pleased with the work that Kieran and his team have done. Our dusty, dirty, drafty old garage has been converted into a lovely living space and the new soffit and fascia and guttering have rejuvenated the outside of our home. I have no hesitation in recommending Plan a Loft Ltd and would use them again.

Several doors hung, Skirting board and Architrave as well as other carpentry work. Plan a Loft were willing to go the extra mile to do the job right and even came at evening and weekends to fit me in. Very highly recommended.
